Small batch Kombucha made by a life embracing, adventure loving, vegetable growing family in the beautiful Blue Mountains.
Bulla Booch started in 2015 with eight litres per week, to help our gut flora, to assist our kid’s immunity and to have something tasty to drink instead of alcohol or soft drink. We started sharing our special brew with family and friends, and they fell in love!
Fast forward to present day – we are brewing over 100 litres per week and supplying to cafes, bulk food stores and supermarkets throughout the mountains. We also home deliver to locals on a weekly basis.
